Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of 3dlmi.com and the forms, portal links and information on it. By using the site you agree to them. Our lab services themselves — prescriptions, case work, pricing, turnaround, remakes and billing — are governed by the prescription forms, price lists and written agreements you complete with Dynamic Digital Dental Lab ("3DL," "we," "us").
1. Who the site is for
3dlmi.com is intended for licensed dental professionals and their staff in the United States. Content is provided for dental professionals and is not medical or dental advice to patients. Nothing on the site creates a doctor–patient relationship or substitutes for a clinician's judgment.
2. Accounts, forms and the doctor portal
- Submitting the account request form is a request to open an account; an account is open when we confirm it. We may decline or close accounts at our discretion.
- You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it for your practice.
- The doctor portal is operated by Magic Touch Software (DLCPM) on our behalf and is subject to its terms. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Do not enter patient health information into website forms. Patient information belongs on prescriptions and in the portal, where it is handled under our lab agreements and, where applicable, HIPAA business-associate terms.
3. Lab services, turnaround and guarantees
Turnaround times, pricing, materials, compatibility information and similar details on the site are informational and may change. Actual terms for any case — including turnaround, fees, shipping, and our remake and satisfaction policies — are set by the prescription, price list and agreements in effect when the case is submitted. Implant-system, scanner and component information is compiled from manufacturer sources and verified on the dates shown, but you remain responsible for confirming clinical and technical suitability for each patient.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, interfering with the site's operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to send spam or unlawful content.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its text, images, graphics, logos and code are owned by 3DL or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Manufacturer and product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may view and print pages for your practice's internal use; any other reproduction requires our written permission.
6. Reviews and submissions
If you send us a testimonial, review, photo or other material and permit us to use it, you grant 3DL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with our services, and you confirm you have the right to do so and that it contains no protected patient information without proper authorization. Google reviews shown on the site are displayed from Google and remain subject to Google's terms.
7. Third-party links and tools
The site links to and embeds third-party services (for example the doctor portal, TeamViewer remote support, Calendly scheduling, social networks and manufacturer websites). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the website, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This section is about the website; warranties for lab work are addressed in our lab agreements and remake policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DL and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, and our total liability arising from the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 3DL harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or information you submit.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
