Fixed Prosthetics Rx

Removable Prosthetics Rx
The 3DL laboratory prescription for removable work. Case type, arch, stage to deliver, material, framework design, add-ons, and shades. Send this with every denture, partial, flipper, or nightguard case.
Remake Request — Fixed
Use this if a fixed case needs to be remade — interproximals open or tight, occlusion off, margin issue, wrong shade, de-bond, or other. Include the previous case number and ship all parts and screws with the return for implant cases.
Remake Request — Removable
Use this if a denture or partial needs adjustment or remake — seating, retention, sore spots, bite, clasp fit, shade, or a repair. Include the previous case number and return the prosthesis and models with the case.
